What the COVID-19 pandemic teaches ARCC about how to prepare for the inevitable global attack

The negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent hard national lockdown cannot be overstated when it comes to the construction industry here in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As we started this year 2021, the Covid-19 pandemic is still with us. There is a slice of positive news. Vaccines are in circulation.

After a turbulent 2020, ARCC is eager to make 2021 a much more prosperous year.

Our General Manager (GM) Mr. Simon Elmer D. San Miguel stated that strict compliance with health and safety protocols remains a priority for us even as the industry continues to navigate the 'new normal'.

Of utmost importance, especially in the light of COVID-19, is familiarity and compliance with the basic COVID-19 protocols and guidelines. This is one of the reason why ARCC survived during the pandemic this 2020. Further, we are re-assured by the recent reports here in Saudi Kingdom of successful clinical trials for various vaccines and hope these can be finalized and distributed, both equitably and timeously, throughout the region.

Our Top Management notes with concern, the resurgence of infection rates in KSA region in the recent days.

GM mentioned "In 2021, we are committed to exploring further business opportunities of this nature. Many of our plans for the year 2020 were upended by the COVID-19 pandemic, yet we remain resilient as we head into 2021. Implore all our workforce members to continue and conscientiously follow the COVID safety protocols".

In Behalf of ARCC Management we thank the full support of our President Mr. RJL Castillo, our EVP Mr. Norman K. Macapagal, our Shareholders, Sheikh Abdullah, Sheikh Rasheed and ARPIC’S Sir Issam/Charles, our GM Mr. Simon Elmer D. San Miguel to name a few for their utmost encouragement and sponsorship they have shown throughout.

Let us embrace the challenges that may lies ahead and strive for a prosperous 2021!

KEEP SAFE EVERYONE!
