In partnership with Japanese company Sankyu, ARCC ventured into Plant Maintenance contracting in the Sankyu-ARCC Joint Venture. The JV is engaged on Long-term Contract wth Satorp for the General Maintenance Services of the plant. The company is pursuing further ventures for similar contracts with international companies specializing in maintenance contracting business.
