Al Rushaid Construction Co. Ltd. (ARCC) is committed on providing a safe and healthy working conditions to protect our employees, contractors, clients and other interested parties from injury and ill health. It is a priority and responsibility of ARCC to implement control measures to adequately control or minimize arising risks on its scope of work and services. The Health and Safety Management System is an integral part of our business and we ensure that it is efficiently managed and implemented.
In order to achieve our commitment, ARCC will:
- Eliminate hazards and reduce health and safety risks by proper planning and providing appropriate controls measures and personal protective equipment;
- Establish working or operational procedures that will protect health and safety of all personnel at ARCC Projects and Facilities;
- Regularly measure and evaluate the performance of our Health and Safety Management System;
- Promote a culture of continual improvement to our Health and Safety Management System;
- Ensure that this policy will be used as framework on setting our health and safety objectives and targets;
- Delegate responsibility to appropriate levels;
- Establish programs and campaigns for continuous awareness of our employees and other interested parties to ensure that they are responsible on protecting the health and safety of others;
- Comply to health and safety regulations and legal requirements;
- Ensure participation of all employees to health and safety programs and campaigns; and
- Work safely in line with our health and safety polices and standards.
ARCC shall ensure that an effective health and safety management is practiced and shall never be compromised for other objectives.
This policy shall be communicated to all employees and persons working under the control of ARCC. This shall also be made available to interested parties and reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate.
Environmental Policy
Al Rushaid Construction Co. Ltd. (ARCC) is committed on protecting the environment on the process of execution with its operation and services. ARCC is aware that there are environmental impacts related to this process that drives the management and employees to implement its Environmental Management System.
In order to achieve our commitment, ARCC will:
- Identify all environmental impacts from our scope of business and establish environmental procedures which will be part of the Environmental Management System. These procedures shall also be part of our business decision in a cost effective manner;
- Regularly measure and evaluate the performance of our Environmental Management System;
- Promote a culture of environmental continual improvement;
- Ensure that this policy will be used as framework on setting our environmental objectives and targets;
- Delegate responsibility to appropriate levels;
- Establish programs and campaigns for continuous awareness of our employees and other interested parties to ensure that they are responsible on protecting the environment on their normal work practices;
- Comply to environmental regulations and legal requirements;
- Minimize waste, noise and emissions in the scope of our business;
- Adopt a commitment to reuse and recycle if feasible; and
- Implement practices that will prevent environmental pollution and conserve natural resources.
ARCC shall ensure that good environmental management is practiced on the scope of our contract or work and we will do our best to involve anyone to demonstrate a positive environmental commitment.

(ARCC) are committed to provide Construction Management and Services for Industrial Plants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that meets or exceeds customer expectations and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements through cost-competitive quality products and services that are completed on time.
Achievement of our objectives and system continual improvement are the fundamental elements necessary to secure and maintain total satisfaction and patronage of our customers.
In all our activities, we adopt process approach and risk-based thinking in implementing and improving our Quality Management System in order to enhance our overall performance and assure sustainable success.
We implement safe systems of work to protect persons, equipment, property and environment from being exposed to hazards and potential risks in the course of operation being carried out.
