ARCC launches its 3C T & D Program (The Cardinal, Composite and Comprehensive Training & Development Program)
ARCC's through the Training & Development, QA/QC, Planning & Cost and Operation Departments led by Mr. Mercado T. Magno – SVP/Operations Manager has recently conducted training to empower its employee especially foremen to enhance the level of performance and motivating techniques in their workplace.
It is Cardinal because it focuses on the basic and fundamental components in achieving our set goals. It is Composite because the entire Project Management Team (composed of all departments; from Foreman up to Project Manager) will be the training participants. And it is Comprehensive because it encompasses the complete and across-the-board knowledge regarding production planning which shall meet set goals.
This program generally aims to:
• Inculcate an agile mindset for all members of the organization
• Digitalize the function in all levels of the organization to attain utmost clarity
• Find solutions to effectively address weaknesses and foresee risks
• Institutionalize a culture of quality awareness and empowerment to eliminate waste
• Adapt rapidly to internal changes in a cost effective way, and
• Infuse safety consciousness to a much higher level
After learning from the program, the participants are also expected to be more knowledgeable in leadership practices and be more responsible in maximizing work productivity.
The program will be conducted continuously by batches.
